Relevize supports two types of user roles for vendor organizations: Admin and MDF Viewer.
Role Types
Admin Users (Default)
Full access to all vendor features
Can create and manage MDF cards, activities, and templates
Can approve/reject partner activities and transactions
Can manage other users and settings
MDF Viewer Users
Read-only access to MDF features
Can view all activities, cards, and reports
Cannot issue cards, approve activities, or modify templates
Full access to other platform features (campaigns, partners, etc.)
Managing User Roles
Vendor admins can change user permissions from the Vendor Settings page:
Go to Settings → Users
Find the user you want to modify
Update their permission type between Admin and Viewer
Note: At least one admin user must remain in your organization.
