Instead of dealing with inconsistent or incomplete funding requests, you can create standardized templates that ensure partners provide all the information you need to make approval decisions quickly.
Activity templates are the options that appear in your Partner’s Relevize portal when they create a new activity request.

Getting Started
Navigate to the Activity Templates tab in your MDF dashboard to create your first template. Start simple with essential questions and expand based on the types of funding requests you most commonly approve.
