How to Connect Your Company LinkedIn Page to Relevize

Overview

Connecting your LinkedIn company page to Relevize allows Relevize to create and manage paid LinkedIn campaigns on your behalf. This connection uses LinkedIn’s permissions system to securely link your account and ensure ads are launched through authorized access.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to connect your LinkedIn account, verify your admin role, and grant the correct permissions for Relevize.


Steps to Connect Your Company Page

  1. Open Settings in Relevize

    • In the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the bottom and select Settings.

    • Choose User Settings, then go to the General tab.

  2. Verify Your LinkedIn Admin Role

    • To connect properly, the LinkedIn user signing in must be a Paid Media Admin for the company page.

    • To check if you are a Paid Media Admin, go to your LinkedIn Company Page.

    • Select Settings in the bottom left corner.

    • Select Manage Admins.

  3. Confirm Paid Media Admin Permissions

    • In the Manage Admins view, check the Paid Media Admins section.

    • Your name should appear here. If not, you’ll need to add yourself.

  4. Add or Edit Your Paid Media Admin Role (if needed)

    • To edit an existing role:

      • Find your profile under Paid Media Admins.

      • Select Edit Paid Media Roles under Actions.

      • Check off Sponsored Content Poster and Lead Gen Forms Manager.

      • Click Save Changes.

    • To add yourself as a new paid media admin:

      • Select Add Paid Media Admin.

      • Search for your name.

      • Choose Sponsored Content Poster and Lead Gen Forms Manager.

      • Click Save.

  5. Return to Relevize and Complete the Connection

    • Once your admin roles are confirmed, go back to Relevize.

    • Under LinkedIn Connection, select Connect LinkedIn Account.

    • When prompted, sign in with your LinkedIn credentials.

    • Relevize will now have permission to launch paid ads using your approved LinkedIn profile permissions.


Notes

  • Relevize creates a separate ad account for your campaigns, using Relevize’s company credit card.

  • You’ll be added as an Admin to this new ad account.

  • The connection ensures ads are launched securely through LinkedIn’s API, using your Sponsored Content Poster permissions.


Troubleshooting

  • If you don’t see the Paid Media Admins section, confirm you’re viewing your company page from an Admin account.

  • Only users with Sponsored Content Poster and Lead Gen Forms Manager roles can connect to Relevize.

  • If connection fails, try signing out of LinkedIn, then reconnect through Relevize using the correct admin credentials.
