How to Track Partner Onboarding

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

This article explains how to track the onboarding progress of your partners in Relevize. You’ll learn how to view partner statuses, understand what each onboarding item means, and determine when a partner is ready for launch.

Steps to Track Partner Onboarding

  1. Go to the Partners Page

    • From the left-hand sidebar, select Partners.

    • You’ll see a table listing all invited partners.

  2. Review the Partner Table

    • Each row represents a partner.

    • Each column corresponds to a specific onboarding item.

    • A green check (✓) indicates completion.
A red X (✗) means the item is incomplete.
A gray check indicates partial completion.

  3. Check Required Onboarding Items
These items must be complete before launching:

    • LinkedIn – The partner must connect their company LinkedIn page to Relevize with the necessary permissions.

    • Company Website – Displays the partner’s website URL when successfully added.

    • Privacy Policy – Shows a clickable URL once the company’s privacy policy is uploaded.

    • Logos – Requires two logo versions:

      • A colored logo for light backgrounds.

      • A white or light-colored logo for dark backgrounds.

      • Green check = both uploaded, gray check = one uploaded, red X = none uploaded.

    • Campaign Approval – Partners must approve their campaign before launch.

      • Click the Campaigns button on the far right of the table to view campaign status.

      • Draft = not approved
Approved = ready to launch (pending other required onboarding items are completed)
        Active = already launched

  4. Check Optional (Nice-to-Have) Items
These items improve performance but are not required for launch:

    • Email – Indicates whether a partner user has connected their email for automated email campaigns.

    • Calendar – Shows if a booking or meeting link has been added.

    • CRM – Displays whether the partner has connected their CRM to receive leads directly.

Tips

  • You can quickly identify launch-ready partners by ensuring all required columns show green checks.

  • If a partner is missing a required item, contact them directly or resend onboarding instructions.
