Incentive FAQs

Updated yesterday

Introduction

This article explains how to qualify leads, purchase, and fulfill incentives through Relevize. You’ll also learn how to use your issued digital credit card for purchases and what to do if issues arise during fulfillment.

Who Qualifies for the Incentive

A lead is eligible for an incentive if they meet all of the following criteria:

  • They attended a meeting with your team.

  • During the call, they expressed interest in your company’s or partner’s products.

  • You believe there will be an active project with them in the future.

Note: Leads do not need to be existing customers to qualify. However, do not send an incentive to anyone who appears to be joining calls only to receive the gift.
