How to Submit a Campaign Request

Use a campaign request when you need the Relevize Digital Strategy and Design teams to create new campaign assets, such as images and ad copy. This article explains how to create a request, complete the required details, and submit it for production.

Updated over a week ago

Steps

1) Open the Campaign Requests page (Link here)

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, open Campaigns.

  2. Select Requests.

2) Start a new request

  1. Click New Request (top right).

  2. In Request For, choose the correct option:

    • If you are a Partner: select the vendor you are building the campaign with.

    • If you are a Vendor: choose one of the following:

      • Select a specific partner (for a personalized campaign)

      • Select Template (for a reusable campaign template)

  3. Enter a Request Name.

  4. Click Create Request.

3) Complete the request form

Fill out all fields with the information needed to build the campaign. Only details entered in the request will be used.

N/A any required fields that aren't applicable to your campaign.

Campaign Basics

  • Add a Due Date (average turnaround is ~5 business days to the first draft)

  • Enter the Campaign Budget

  • Select Who is paying ad dollars (partner or vendor)

  • Indicate whether an invoice is needed

Strategy and Details

  • Select the Product

  • Choose the Call to Action

  • Select the preferred Ad Format

  • Choose the Language your ads will run in

  • Add any additional creative direction or messaging notes

Audience and Additional Info

  • Specify whether the campaign is for a specific Industry

4) Add audience targeting (required minimum)

In the audience targeting section, provide at least:

  • Profile Location

  • Job Titles

  • Company Sizes

If you choose industry-specific targeting, you must also specify the industry.

Your audience targeting does not need to be perfect—you can update it later before launch.

5) Save or submit your request

  • To finish later, leave the request in Draft (it will remain saved).

  • When ready, click Submit Request (top right).

Once submitted, the request is sent directly to the Digital Strategy team. They may reach out with questions if clarification is needed.

What happens after you submit?

  1. The team creates your campaign assets and builds the campaign in Relevize.

  2. You receive an automated email notification when the campaign is ready for review.

  3. Open the link from the email (or log into Relevize) to review the campaign.

  4. Provide feedback as needed via email with your Relevize representative.

Tips / Notes

    • 5 versions of creative copy

    • 5 body copy

    • 2 headline copy

    • 2 lead-form copy

  • Conversation format

    • 3 versions of a conversation flow (first message, response, final message)

  • Document format

    • 5 body copy

    • 2 headline copy

    • 2 lead-form copy

  • Email sequence

    • 3–5 emails (depending on the call to action)

Include everything in the request form

Any details shared through email or calls will not be included unless they are added to the request form.

View request status (Draft, Submitted, Completed)

To view current or past requests:

  1. Go to CampaignsRequests

  2. Review the request status:

    • Draft: still being worked on by the partner or vendor

    • Submitted: in progress with the Relevize Digital Strategy team

    • Completed: campaign has been built and is ready for review

Optional: Duplicate an existing request

To reuse a previous request (great for similar targeting or messaging):

  • Open a request and click Duplicate Request (top right), or

  • Click the three dots next to a request and select Duplicate

This helps you quickly create a new request using the same audience, branding, guidelines, and messaging—then make small edits as needed.
