Relevize supports a number of different integration partners to allow users to sync lead information with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, and others. This activity is covered by our terms including Data Processing Agreement, and Privacy Notice (relevize.com/privacy-notice).

For integrations without Relevize native app store apps, we require an API key to obtain access. We use this key for the following activities:

  1. Reading field types: to allow you to map Relevize fields to your CRM, we read the field types that you have in your database (eg: "First Name", "Last Name", "Company Name", etc...).

  2. Writing new contacts & companies: when a new Relevize lead arrives, we write it to your CRM with all the correct fields. We never delete or alter existing lead data.

  3. Reading lead status: once we've sent a lead to your CRM, we periodically read the status from your CRM to check for lead activity and quality. We only ever access data from leads that originated from the Relevize platform.

For most CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce, all API activity is easily inspectable by you at anytime. You're able to see a log in your Hubspot admin settings of all the APIs that we called with timestamps.
