Relevize supports a Zapier webhook connector that POSTs lead data to a Zapier endpoint (or a custom endpoint you choose).
Step 1: Create a new Zap and set "Webhook" as the trigger
Step 2: Select "Catch Hook"
Step 3: Copy your Webhook URL into Relevize
Last Step: Click Send Test Lead in Relevize and confirm it appears in Zapier
