Login Troubleshooting

Safari browser does not work unfortunately right now Relevize does not support the Safari browser. Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to access the application.

Incognito or private mode does not work. Relevize requires the browser to be in normal mode to use the application.

Steps to Get a New Invite Link

  1. Go to the Relevize homepage

  2. Select “Login”

    • Click Login in the upper-right corner of the page.

    • You can also search for “Relevize login” in your browser if you don’t have the link saved.

  3. Select "Sign In"

  4. Request a Password Reset

    • Click Forgot Password.

    • Enter your work email address (the same one associated with your invite).

    • Submit the form to receive a new email from Relevize.

  5. Check Your Email

    • Look for an email from support@relevize.com.

    • Follow the instructions in the message to reset your password or access your new invite link.

  6. Log In

    • Once your password is reset or your new link is activated, return to the login page and sign in using your credentials.


Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t get the email?

    • Check your Spam or Junk folders.

    • Make sure you’re using your work email address—personal emails may not be recognized.

  • Bookmark the login page for easier access next time.

  • Use a password manager to securely store your credentials.

  • If issues persist, contact support@relevize.com for assistance.
