Steps

1) Open your campaign

  1. Log in to Relevize

  2. Go to Campaigns.

    1. As a vendor, select "Partner Campaigns"

  3. Find the campaign you want to review and select Edit.

If you received a direct campaign link, you can use that to open the campaign immediately.

2) Review every section in the approval page

On the campaign approval page, review all available tabs before approving:

  • Ads

  • Audience Targeting

  • Emails (if applicable)

3) Review and update Ads

Ad Copy

  • Make ad copy edits directly in the platform.

Lead Forms

In the lead form section, confirm and update the following directly in the platform:

  • Landing Page URL (confirm it is correct)

  • Privacy Policy URL (confirm one is included)

  • Required Profile Information fields (select the fields you want to collect)

Images

  • If you want changes to image copy or design, email your feedback so the Design team can update the images.

4) Review and update logo placement (template campaigns only)

If you selected a campaign template (not a custom campaign), logos are automatically added to your images using the logo files you uploaded.

To adjust logo placement:

  1. Hover over an image.

  2. Select Adjust Logo Placement.

  3. Resize and reposition your logo as needed.

If your logo does not look right, upload a new version of your logo in the platform here and re-check placement.

5) Review and update Audience Targeting

6) Review Email Sequences (if applicable)

If your campaign includes automated email follow-up:

  • Review the email sequence in the Emails tab.

  • You can copy the email sequence from the platform if you plan to use your own email automation tool.

Partners using automated email follow-up typically see a 5x increase in lead-to-meeting conversion rates compared to manual follow-up.

7) Complete onboarding steps before launch

Before launching the campaign, confirm you’ve completed any required onboarding steps.

Tips / Notes / Troubleshooting

  • Review everything before approval: Make sure you check all tabs (Ads, Audience Targeting, Emails) before approving.

  • Where to make edits:

    • Ad copy, lead forms, and audiences: update directly in the platform

    • Image design/copy changes: send feedback via email for design updates

  • Audience lists: Target account lists and contact lists may require a separate upload process.
