Overview

This guide walks you through the steps to set up your Relevize account, prepare your first campaign, and ensure your team is ready to follow up with leads effectively. Completing these steps will help get your paid demand generation campaign launched smoothly.


1. Sign Up for Relevize

You will receive an invite email from support@relevize.com.

Click the invite link to create your account.

If your invite link has expired or you cannot log in:

  • Visit Relevize.com, select Sign In, and use the Forgot password option.

You can invite additional team members under Team Settings → Team Members.


2. Connect Your LinkedIn Account

Go to User Settings → LinkedIn Integration to connect your LinkedIn account
(instructions here).


3. Complete Your Relevize Profile

In your Relevize dashboard, go to Team Settings → Campaign and make sure the following are complete:

  • Add your company website

  • Add your privacy policy link

  • Upload company logos


4. Request Your Campaign Build

Custom Campaigns

  • If you would like Relevize to build you a custom campaign, please complete the Campaign Request Form. The average turnaround time is 5 business days

    • Please include ALL information necessary to build your campaign in your response. Information shared via email or calls will not be included in your request

Campaign Templates

  • If you are not running a custom campaign, you'll be invited to a campaign template directly in Relevize to personalize for your business


5. Provide Billing Details

If you are paying for the ad spend or service fees directly or through an approved MDF program, please share the below information with your Relevize representative and the Relevize team will send over an invoice for the agreed upon cost and ad spend amount.

  • Billing contact (name and email)

  • Billing address

  • Contacts (name and email) to CC on the invoice


6. Review and Approve Your Campaign

Once your campaign has been created and added to your Relevize dashboard:

  • Go to Campaigns → Edit for the campaign you’d like to review.

  • Review all tabs — Ads, Audience Targeting, and Emails — before approving.

  • Make ad copy or audience edits directly in the platform.

  • For image feedback, contact your Relevize representative for design support.

  • If you’re using target account or contact lists, share them via email for LinkedIn upload.

  • Select your Profile Locations to set geotargeting preferences.

When ready, click Approve. This will not launch your campaign. Your campaign will be launched once all other onboarding items are completed and a launch time is agreed upon with your Relevize representative.


7. Assign a Lead Follow-Up Owner

Choose one person on your team to manage all lead follow-up.

This person should contact all leads promptly via LinkedIn message, email, or phone call.


8. (Optional but Recommended) Connect Email for Automated Follow-Up

Automated email follow-up improves lead-to-meeting conversion rates by 5x compared to partners that only use manual follow-up.


To connect:

  1. Log in to Relevize.

  2. Go to User Settings → Email Integration → Connect.

  3. Sign into your email provider.


9. (Optional but Recommended) Add a Booking Calendar

To make it easy for leads to schedule meetings:

  • Create a calendar link with your preferred tool:

    • Calendly (recommended and free)

    • HubSpot Meetings

      • If you have a HubSpot sales account, navigate to "Sales" in the top navigation bar. Select "Meetings" and then "Create Scheduling Page"

    • Microsoft Outlook “Bookings with Me”

      • Open your Outlook email home page, click on the calendar icon from the left sidebar menu, Click Create booking page from the left sidebar menu of your calendar page. Click to create a booking page.

  • Add your link in Team Settings → Campaign → Booking Calendar.

  • Update your calendar meeting name and invite title to match campaign messaging for consistency.


10. (Optional) Connect Your CRM

Go to Team Settings → Integrations → CRM Connectors and connect the CRM of your choice.

Partners use this feature to manage leads out of their CRM instead of in Relevize or to set up automated follow-up sequences out of their CRM or marketing automation tools.


11. Incentive Fulfillment (if applicable)

For campaigns offering a meeting incentive:

  • Refer to your program’s incentive fulfillment process for details on how to purchase and distribute rewards.

  • Your Relevize representative will provide any necessary credit card information
